Gelato Messina

I had heard about this amazing gelato shop in Sydney, Gelato Messina that I had to visit. I think it rivals any gelato shop in Italy. I had such difficulty choosing my flavors that I know I have to go back another time! I think I tried 6 flavors, and if I wasn't embarrassed, I would have asked to try 6 more! Some of their original flavors - Salted Coconut & Mango Salsa, Pear & Rhubarb, Chocolate Fondant & so many more! I ended up settling on two - Coconut & Lychee and Marsala Poached Fig (to die for). The Chocolate Sorbet (dairy-free) was another top choice. We went to the one in The Star, which looks like a Vegas-style hotel to me, with a casino, a million food options, and even a Marquee Club.
