Hong Kong Food & Drinks

Upon arriving to Hong Kong, I went to the ICON Hotel for dinner & drinks at their rooftop restaurant, Above & Beyond.
View of Hong Kong from the restaurant overlooking Victoria Harbour
"Ooh La La - The refreshing sangria-esque aperitif goes down easily. Chilled brut cava mixed with Drambuie, Creme de Cassis, mixed berries, dragon fruit scoops and orange cubes served over ice."
"Mushu - Freshly muddled dragon fruit shaken with Absolut Mandarin Vodka, Grand Marnier Framboise, cranberry juice & a squeeze of fresh lemon juice."
Reunited with this cutie!

I was craving a dessert and I was told to veer away from Asian desserts as they won't satisfy my sweet tooth. I stumbled upon a little place called 100 Bites that seemed to have just what I wanted, with an even better ambience and presentation.

Traditional Cantonese Cuisine:

 Mango & Lychee Mojitos
Lychee Royale - Lychee Juice, Lychee Liqueur, Rose Syrup, Lemon Juice, Champagne
This was at Ozone in the Ritz-Carlton, highest bar in the world! Amazing views from the 118th floor
